How do I use the eye patch?
The eye patch can be used for both hot and cold therapy:
- ❄️ Cold Therapy: Place the eye patch in the freezer for 1–2 hours, then wear it over your eyes for 5 minutes.
- 🔥 Hot Therapy: Microwave the eye patch for 20–30 seconds, check that the temperature is comfortable, and wear it for 5 minutes.
