Orders, delivery and payment
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch within 1-2 business days, and most orders arrive 4-7 working days from the day you order, depending on your city. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across India. A small handling fee of Rs 49 applies on COD orders. Prepaid orders ship free.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it has not been dispatched. Open the order link in your confirmation email and choose Cancel order. After that window, write to us and we will help if the parcel has not left our warehouse.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes in India.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the box and the items, and we will make it right.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The products are made for everyday use, but if you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, do a patch test first and read the ingredient list on each pack.
What if the recipient already has some of the items?
Everything in the hamper is a daily-use product, so it keeps well and gets used eventually. If you would prefer a different combination for a bulk order, talk to us.
Gifting
Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes. The hamper arrives in a finished gift box - there is nothing extra to wrap.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Reply to your order confirmation email with the message you want and we will add a handwritten card.
Can I send it straight to the person I am gifting?
Yes - enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. For 20 hampers or more we offer bulk pricing, branding on the box and delivery to multiple addresses. See corporate and bulk gifting.
