Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently deliver across India.

Shipping charges: Shipping is free on all orders within India.

Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Cash on Delivery orders may receive a quick confirmation call before dispatch.

Delivery time: Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote locations may take a little longer.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive the tracking details by email/SMS.

Payment options: Pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery.

Gift orders: You can enter the recipient's name and address as the delivery address at checkout. To add a gift message, reply to your order confirmation email with your note and we'll include a handwritten card.

Damaged or missing items: If your order arrives damaged, please email calmera@bangurmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video, and we’ll arrange an exchange as per our Refund policy.
